Guided by the principle of unobstructed sea views, BA Construction Services undertook the renovation of an apartment in the city of Thessaloniki. The core concept of the project was that all interior spaces would frame views of the sea within the home.
This approach resulted in a welcoming living room in white tones, complemented by a classic wooden ceiling that introduces textural contrast within a contemporary setting, seamlessly connecting the exterior with the interior environment.
Earthy tones and clean lines continue into the bathroom, enhanced by the subtle herringbone detail on the wall tiles. The bedroom also follows an open-plan layout, where the natural warmth of exposed wooden beams meets the minimalist design of the space.
Finally, the natural essence of the landscape is reflected in the exterior of the residence. Natural stone clads the two columns in the outdoor area, expressing a refined connection between nature, a sense of tranquility, and the idea of timeless holiday living.
